Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policies

We (“MumuHost Hosting Services”) offers our customers a 30 days money-back guarantee. This guarantee allows our customers to use our service risk-free.

The cancellation only becomes effective in accordance with the time chosen by the Customer through the Cancellation process. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the end of the money-back guarantee.

Once a cancellation request is submitted, the customer’s account will be suspended either immediately or at the end of the service billing period depending on the customer’s decision during the cancellation process. Once a request has been completed, the customer’s account will be terminated and no copy will be kept. It includes all customer’s account data, including backups. After this process, the company cannot be held responsible for data loss due to suspension or termination.

A refund to the original method of payment can be requested only on the first service purchased by the customer. If the customer decides to request a refund for any service purchased after the first purchase, a refund can only be made as credits to the customer’s account at our sole decision. We do not refund guarantee for non-first service purchased by the customer and such requests are dealt on a case-by-case basis only.

If your hosting plan includes a free domain name and you cancel your hosting within the first year, a non-refundable domain fee (+ any applicable taxes) for the domain name will apply. And, payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that newly registered domains cannot be transferred to another registrar during the first 60 days of the registration period.

Note that the 30 day period ends exactly 30 days from the day on which the account was originally activated (not the day the order was placed). It is not valid towards account renewals. The Money-Back Guarantee is VOID if your account violates our Terms of Service, Service Agreement, or any of our policies in place. Setup fees are non-refundable. External services, such as but not limited to, installation charges, etc., are non-refundable. Outside of the Money Back Guarantee, MumuHost has a no refund policy. MumuHost account credits issued to accounts are not eligible for a refund and will remain on the account for two (2) years after the last hosting account is canceled. If the service credit is not utilized within that time frame, said service credit is forfeited and You hereby agree to release MumuHost from all liability for use of such service credits.

To be eligible for a refund, a customer must meet the following requirements:

1. The cancellation request was submitted before 30 days from the date of the first payment.

2. Refund will be applicable for only server side or our support agent side issues.

3. None of your services violate our Terms of service.

4. The payment for service is recurring; refund is not applicable to one time services and domain name purchases.
