The Terms of Service (TOS) are the rules and regulations that specify guidelines for using our services. The use of our services is subject to these terms. Please read them carefully and ensure that you understand and agree to all parts. The use of MumuHost’s services implies agreement with these terms!

MumuHost (hereinafter referred to as “MumuHost”) provides web hosting services to people all around the world. We have the responsibility to protect each client and provide them with the best service possible. The following guidelines were designed to ensure that our services remain of the utmost quality. Please read very carefully before ordering and/or using MumuHost's services.
The MumuHost Resource Usage Policy is an extension of the Terms of Service containing more specific utilization policies. Please make sure you are in agreement with its points and conditions before signing up for or using MumuHost’s services. Contact our sales department for any clarification.
Processes invoked by the web server, cron, shell, or any other method should not exceed the following limitations:
1. The number of open files should not exceed 64.
2. Create core dumps.
3. Execute a script/binary that forks in a way to create a fork bomb.
4. Programs may not run in the background or listen on a network port. If you require a bot, service, or daemon, you should consider a dedicated server, as very few shared web hosts allow this type of program.
Processes invoked by the web server, cron, shell, or any other method should not exceed the following
limitations:
1. All users are restricted to 15 concurrent MySQL connections.
2. Database size should not exceed more than 1 GB (One Gigabite).
3. Database queries should not exceed 3,000 per hour.
4.Database changes (insert/update/delete) should not exceed 1,000 queries per hour.
5. Database servers should not be used as a hosted solution. Database access should only be used for the web site hosted by MumuHost.
6.Remote database access is for administrative purposes only.
The total number of inodes in an account may not exceed the values listed below. Every file (a webpage, image, email, PHP file, directory, etc.) on your account uses up one (1) inode.

A single log file should not exceed 1 GB in size. The total size of all similar log files should not exceed 5 GB in size.
A directory can not contain more than 2,500 immediate child files. This includes subdirectories themselves but does not include files contained within those directories.
1. Simultaneous Apache connections may not exceed 50 from one individual source at any given time.
2. Web processes should not fork or spawn subprocesses.

1. The maximum hourly emails per domain are 100.
2. Processes should not send outbound mail to more than 25 recipients at any given time.
3. The maximum number of members per mailing list is 1,500.
4. POP connections are limited to 60 per hour.
5. SMTP connections (outbound email connections) are limited to 500 per hour per server account.
6. Mailing lists larger than 1,500 will require a semi-dedicated, VPS, or dedicated server from us. Dividing one
list into smaller parts to get around this limit is not allowed.
7. Any mailing list must be throttled so that it sends an email every 6 seconds at the very minimum. If the
mailing list software you are using doesn’t support throttling you must use something else. We do this as
this keeps the server load from going very high and causing problems for other users. If you don’t do this
you will be suspended.
8. We do not allow you to send it to a mailing list you were given or that you bought. This is spamming and
we have zero tolerance for this.
9. Any mailing list must comply with the rules set forth by the United States of America and can be found
at http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bus61-can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business.
10. No Direct SMTP mailing system scripts are permitted. Mail should be relayed through the local MTA.
A cron job should not execute more frequently than once every 30 minutes.
All services provided by MumuHost may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and another statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MumuHost from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any MumuHost server. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to MumuHost servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Contact our sales department for any clarification.
a.) Movies, Videos, Audios Related Sites. Uploading or Downloading Sites or File Hosting Sites like MP4, ZIP, RAR, JPEG, JPG, PNG & APK
b.) Pirated software
c.) Bulk Email related products
d.) Pornography
e.) Hacking/cracking related websites
f.) Warez and/or copyrighted MP3s
g.) Material illegal under Indian & United States of America law
h.) Sites containing or linking to material that may be considered detrimental to the public health,
safety, or welfare. (Such as, but not limited to Anarchists Cookbook, bomb-making, weapon information,
or anything else that may be considered detrimental or illegal.)
MumuHost will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision and reserves
the right to deactivate and remove any site at any time for any reason.
MumuHost will respond to all reports of infringement that are formatted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and any other applicable copyright laws. Notices of infringement that do not comply with this act will not be processed. We will act in accordance with the DMCA when handling infringement reports.
If MumuHost’s system administration team determines that an account is utilizing an unacceptable amount
of system resources, MumuHost may temporarily deactivate the account in question. If MumuHost’s staff
deems necessary, an eviction notice may be sent to the customer of an offending account providing them
with seven
(7) days in which to either upgrade to a VPS or other hosting solution as recommended by MumuHost staff
or locate a new provider. This only occurs in extreme cases; MumuHost will do all it can to assist
customers prior to this scenario.
MumuHost will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Because of the
nature of this provision, each account will be considered and analyzed individually.
MumuHost performs nightly backups of Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting and WordPress hosting servers; however, these backups are for MumuHost’s administrative purposes only, and are in NO WAY GUARANTEED! Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers. MumuHost does not provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data in the event that backups do not function properly (even if the malfunction was due to negligence on MumuHost’s part). We will do our best to ensure complete and accurate backups, but assume no responsibility for this duty. Always back your site up to your personal computer! We make no guarantees about the availability of backups.
SPAMing, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a MumuHost server or using a return email address that is
maintained on a MumuHost server, is STRICTLY prohibited. Using SPAM to advertise a site hosted on MumuHost’s
network also constitutes as a violation of this provision. MumuHost will be the sole arbiter as to what
constitutes a violation of this provision. Sites found to be in violation of our SPAM policies will be
immediately deactivated.
For anyone intentionally spamming on our systems, we reserve the right to bill them at a rate of ₹7999/hour
for any cleanup, research, and related work from their illegal activities.
Help us STOP SPAM! Please email our abuse department immediately to report a violation of our SPAM policies.
At MumuHost, we always treat our customers with the utmost respect. In return, we expect the same from you. If our staff feels that you are consistently addressing them in a demeaning or rude manner, your account may be suspended and you may be asked to take your business elsewhere. In the event that we terminate service for support abuse, customers will be given ten (10) days’ notice to find a new host.
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a MumuHost server or customer of MumuHost is strictly prohibited.
MumuHost will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Accounts found in
violation of this provision will be subject to immediate account deactivation.
MumuHost will turn all available information about abuse incidents, including customer contact data,
over to the proper authorities and press charges.
Cancellations are processed by our Billing department. To cancel an account, a cancellation request via Client
Portal ( my.MumuHost.in ) must be submitted. The following information is required when submitting a
cancellation request in Client Portal ( my.MumuHost.in ):
a.) The primary domain name on account
b.) Confirmation that you have downloaded a backup of all necessary files
The above information is required for the protection of all customers to ensure
only account owners are able to cancel accounts.
We will provide you with at least ten (10) days’ notice of your renewal pricing before the payment due date for monthly, annual, or longer-term plans. Unless otherwise provided, MumuHost will automatically bill your payment method on file as it follows:
seven (7) days before the payment due date.
same (0) on the payment due date.
seven (7) days after the payment due date.
You expressly acknowledge, agree, and authorize us to automatically bill the applicable fee and/or charge your credit card or other payment methods on file for each Renewal Term, unless you terminate or cancel the Services prior to such charge as provided in this section. All fees are billed in United States Dollars (“USD”) or Indian Rupee (“INR”) and are subject to change with prior notice to you.
MumuHost is only able to automatically collect payments from customers with credit cards stored on file. All other payment methods (e.g. PayPal one-time payments) must be initiated manually by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that all fees are paid no later than their payment due date.
As a customer of MumuHost, it is your responsibility to ensure that all billing information on file with MumuHost is accurate and that any credit card or other automated payment method on file has sufficient funds for processing. You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your payment method by the issuer, bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, membership, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees. MumuHost screens all orders for fraud. In certain cases, if your account is flagged for fraud, your order will not be processed. MumuHost has no liability for not providing Services, including third-party services if your account fails the fraud screen.
MumuHost reserves the right to change prices or any other charges at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before charging you with any price change on any annual or longer-term plans. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review pricing on our website and billing information provided by MumuHost through the client area or through other methods of communication, including notices sent or posted by MumuHost.
MumuHost reserves the right to change servers and modify the resources provided with the hosting plan at anytime. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review the changes on your resources. It applies to any new or existing hosting plans (New or Existing Customers).
Any account not paid in full by the end of the billing term will be granted a one (1) day grace period. If payment is not received within this grace period, MumuHost reserves the right to suspend the associated services without further notice. Services may be permanently terminated fifteen (15) days after the payment due date if the account remains unpaid.
MumuHost is not liable for any damages or losses, including loss of data, resulting from service suspension or termination due to non-payment. Furthermore, MumuHost reserves the right to withhold service reactivation until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.
If require a backup of account data but are unable to settle the full outstanding balance, MumuHost may, at its discretion, offer a one-time arrangement. In such cases, must pay at least one-third (1/3) of the total outstanding invoice to be eligible for backup retrieval. Once the backup has been provided, the associated account will be permanently deleted, and services will not be reactivated.
We cannot guarantee the availability of a specific domain name requested for registration by you (Domain). The Domain will always be registered in or transferred into your name. You should manage your Domain's WHOIS data through your MumuHost client area. It is important to ensure that all information is accurate. If your contact data is not kept up to date and cannot be verified, your domain may be taken offline. For optimal service, we reserve the right to change the registrar of a domain at our discretion and without a prior notice.
For all relevant gTLDs, you consent to our role as a Designated Agent, in line with ICANN’s Transfer Policy whenever a request is made to update the registrant contact details linked to a Domain. Accordingly, you authorize us to approve a change of registrant or any alteration to the registrant’s details on your behalf.
No refund is applicable once the domain is registered.
You cannot register a domain name that is similar to a trademarked domain/a domain similar to a brand and is engaged in a business providing similar goods or services. Any person trying to register such domain name will be held liable for infringement of Trademark. Example: Flipkartsale.in, bajajfinancecs.com, adtyabrlafnanc.co.in
We will send you reminders to renew your domain one month before the expiry. For failure or delay in the renewal of a domain, we are not responsible. Once a domain is renewed no refunds will be given.
We are happy to provide a free domain name on our Grow, Premium, Unlimited, Web Extra Web Turbo, and with all the WordPress & cloud hosting packages.
The free domain name must be ordered with the hosting package during signup and this offer cannot be customized. (The domain name will be free only for the first year and renewal charges will be applicable from the second year).
The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to the following services only:
Web Hosting
Cloud Hosting
WordPress Hosting
Note that the 30 day period ends exactly 30 days from the day on which the account was originally activated
(not the day the order was placed). It is not valid towards account renewals. The Money-Back Guarantee is VOID
if your account violates our Terms of Service, Service Agreement, or any of our policies in place.
Setup fees are non-refundable. External services, such as but not limited to, installation charges, etc.,
are non-refundable.
Outside of the Money Back Guarantee, MumuHost has a no refund policy.
MumuHost account credits issued to accounts are not eligible for a refund and will remain on the account
for two (2) years after the last hosting account is canceled. If the service credit is not utilized within
that time frame, said service credit is forfeited and You hereby agree to release MumuHost from all liability
for use of such service credits.
Our Migrations Team will make every effort to assist you in transferring your website(s) to our platform. Migrations are provided as a courtesy service; however, we do not guarantee the availability, feasibility, or time required to complete an account migration. Each hosting provider is configured differently, and some platforms store data in formats that are incompatible or proprietary, which may make migration of some or all account data difficult or, in some cases, impossible. As a result, we may not always be able to assist in transferring data from your previous host.
The free migration service applies only to external migrations, meaning transfers from a third-party hosting provider to MumuHost, and is available for fifteen (15) days from the date of sign-up. External migrations requested after this fifteen (15) day period will incur a migration fee. Internal migrations, which involve transferring data between MumuHost accounts, are not covered under the free migration service and are subject to a migration fee. Please contact our Support department for a price quote on internal migration services or for any additional migration-related inquiries.
In no event shall MumuHost be held liable for any lost or missing data or files resulting from a transfer to or from MumuHost. You are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date backups of your data at all times.
Failure to fully comply with these terms is grounds for account suspension and/or deactivation.
Any accounts and/or servers contained within MumuHost’s network must adhere to the above policies.
We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice. Our normal policy is a warning first,
and account deactivation the second offense, but no warning is required.
MumuHost reserves the right to deactivate and remove any site hosted on our servers that contains any
content that it deems in its sole discretion to be unacceptable, undesirable or contraindicated.
